This is one of the diseases that most people get due to dust or cold. Banana leaves can be of great help to those suffering from this kind of illness. Banana leaves has a powerful antioxidants and astringent properties which helps in treating the minor conditions such as cold flu.
3.It can also help in reducing fever.
Banana leaves has phytochemical which will help in preventing or treating conditions such as fever. It also has antipyretic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Simply drink the decoction made from banana leaves and you will feel better.
