It has been confirmed that the Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta has already arrived in Mombasa county.
According to details, the Head of State will officiate development projects and attend one of the ongoing multi agencies’ Field Training Exercise (FTX).
The security drill operation, which has been ongoing in the past month has seen participants exposed to various skills for their survival.
It has also been disclosed that the headed of state will fly to London, United Kingdom later this week for an official tour.
His visit at the coast comes at the sane time when his handshake partner Raila Odinga is at the coast for several political related visits to the area.
It is not yet known if the two leaders will be meeting since some of the allies of the Head of State among them National Assembly majority leader Honourable Amos Kimunya having met Raila Odinga.
After his visit to London, president Uhuru Kenyatta is said to be ready to be hosted by Western Kenya region leaders this coming month.
This was confirmed through the local dailies and it is still expected that he will be headed to deputy president William Ruto's Rift Valley backyard later.
