
One family in the Lurambi Constituency of Kakamega County is counting heavy losses after a fire that occurred in their home.
In an interview with Citizen Digital, the family stated that the fire had caused the loss of items valued in the thousands of shillings.
The occurrence took place in the family's residence located in the Luanda Shop in Butsotso Ward in Lurambi.
Justus Mukoshi, the chief of the Butsotso East, has confirmed the occurrence and stated that nothing was saved.

Steve...County emergency funds should do its job . We can't sympathize when the county does nothing to the families. At least wanunue mabati.
Mercy...I think it should be millions of shillings, not thousands buana. Building a house of such nature is costly.
