The two voters namely Mr Mutisya Kisilu and Gideon Ngewa want the Independent electoral and boundaries commission disputes resolution committee to revoke the clearance of Ndeti on the ground that she doesn't satisfy the education requirements as stated in the Constitution.
The former chief administrative secretary in the transport ministry is said to have graduated from South Bank Polytechnic London in United Kingdom with a computer science degree.
This comes after Ndeti, former member of parliament for Kathiani constituency was awarded a direct ticket by the Wiper party on April 15, 2022 after a consensus that saw Mavoko MP Makau Patrick shelve his gubernatorial ambition to support her.
In conclusion, the battle for the degree has been linked with other key politicians seeking the gubernatorial race and they include; Johnson Sakaja, Cleo Malala and Simba Arati.
