Kithure Kindiki has today, the 12th day of March twenty-three, ordered the residents of some parts of the North Rift region to vacate that area in the next 24 hours.
This will ensure that the residents will be more secure than if they remained in their area. This will also help the military easily pinpoint the bandits' positions in the North Rift region. The residents should do this as quickly as possible within the next twenty-four hours.
The departure of the people from that area in 24 hours will ensure that their lives are secure from the bandit's threat. The North Rift residents should implement this order from the cabinet secretary for the ministry of interior and coordination of national government, Kithure Kindiki.
