Ann Waiguru Kirinyaga Governor who recently joined UDA is in hot soup after Anti- corruption Commission hands over her files to director of public prosecution.
According to ethics and Anti-corruption commission. Ann Waiguru might be arrested over improper usage of public finance for her gains instead of using them in order to develop Kirinyaga county. The commission has already gathered enough evidence over allegations in order to support Waiguru's plans on using of public funds for her personal gain. On other hand the office of public prosecution as already received files from Anti-corruption commission awaiting for court declaration.
Other reports from People's Daily, reveals that Waiguru might be prosecuted together with other county officials including Member of County Assembly of Kirinyaga county.
This comes after few days ago where Ann moved from Jubilee and joined Deputy president party that is UDA. According to Ann after meeting DP William Ruto in Karen. She said after meeting that Deputy president is only one who will grow Kenya not only politically but also socially and economically after 2022 general elections.
According to your opinion, Ann Waiguru's plans to arrest her will it affect UDA keeping in mind that she joined the party recently? Kindly Comment your opinion I will comment back. Thank you.
