With 2022 presidential elections around the corner, some politicians will be seeking retirement. This includes the seat of President Uhuru Kenyatta who has served his two terms as well as two term governors who will not be able to defend their seats as per the Kenyan constitution
With only eleven months towards the next presidential election, President Uhuru Kenyatta has been polishing his legacy. However after the anticipated race to State House come 2022, President Uhuru Kenyatta will have to retire despite calls by the likes of Francis Atwoli that President Uhuru Kenyatta is too young to retire
With this in mind, President Uhuru Kenyatta has already made up his mind on the next challenge he will take while he is in his retirement. This was during a previous interview whereby President Uhuru indicated that despite his childhood dream that he will one day join the army, this dream has been washed away from his mind over the years.
It is here President Uhuru Kenyatta declared that he will be a full time farmer once he retires from politics. Bearing the fact that President Uhuru Kenyatta owns chucks of land in the country as well as a cattle, this will not be hard for the head of state to quickly adapt from his presidential job to the farming one
