The current senator for Siaya county Oburu has talked about how president Ruto outsmarted Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio's leader, who is his brother Raila Odinga.
Hew revealed that William Ruto had analyzed the electoral process. He ended up using the hibernation pretense as his number one tactic.

President William Ruto made it intentional to go to meetings that entailed security issues. This was such a great move from his end.
The Azimio La Umoja One Coalition should have looked into other aspects, other than the large following of supporters that they had during the campaign period.
