The ministry of education has now cleared the air over the government's directives on Competency Based Curriculum. Recently one of the parents took a case to court to challenge the Competency Based Curriculum. Also the ministry of education is currently working speedily to ensure that all the learning materials are available in various learning Institutions in this country. The ministry of education is also working closely with the Teachers Service Commission to ensure that teachers are enough in all parts of this country to enable all the schools to complete the set syllabus of 2021 academic calendar.
However the ministry of education has now cleared the air over the government's directives on Competency Based Curriculum. The ministry of education through CS Prof George Magoha has assured Kenyans that the government of Kenya can not revert the education system to 8-4-4 education system, this is because the government of Kenya has already spent 58 billion on Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). This sounds as a big blow to both parents and teachers in this country.
