Using laughing emojis,the former Majority Leader in the Senate reacted with a clear intention of haunting the party. Uncontrollably

''Baringo County Assembly rejects BBI Bill after meeting Tuju at the basement of Jubilee HQs in Pangani 😂😂😂,''said Murkomen.

The MCAs had earlier met Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju at the Pangani Headquarters.

The county government of Baringo became the first county to reject the BBI.

These has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans as seen below;

PLO Sigei: ''Senator Gideon Moi is a feather weight who should stop wasting time campaigning in Garissa, Homa Bay, Migori, Lamu, Meru, Nairobi, Narok, Machakos & Western that he is popularizing BBI. This is JOY RIDER going to the obvious ODM/BBI zones where he will get crowds.''

Graces Opinion: ''Sasa mumejua hiyo ni bedroom ya hustler chief mwenyewe, leo ilikuwa siku yakumwambia ukweli. I hope you’ve informed baba ngina asijaribu kupass baton huko kwa man GIDI, hatarudi nayo.''

Charles Mark: ''We are expecting all County Assemblies commanded by William Ruto to Reject BBI BIll even though he isn't bold enough to lead a NO Campaign.''
