Why Muluka Likens UhuRuto To These Two West African Dictators.

The poor working relationship between president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto has been the topic of discussion lately following the offer by Bishops to unite them.

The Bishops are keen on ensuring that the two shake hands before the next general election so as to guarantee a peaceful poll.

Moreso, Political pundits agree that it's important that the two heed the clergies' advise and work together.

Political analyst Barrack muluka has asked the former brothers to consider the prayers of the men of the cloth for unity seriously.

In an opinion piece appearing on Saturday Standard, Muluka wonders why it's difficult for the two to unite given that in 2013 and entire first term, they were bossom friends.

Nevertheless, muluka says that what is happening locally has happened before in Africa giving examples of South Sudan where Riek machar and president Salva kiir are always in disagreements.

Muluka opines that the world is keenly watching kenya in the prism of what happened in Liberia where the former friends Samwel Doe and Charles Tylor Became nemesis, a perfect example for Kenya.

It led to the slaughtering of president Doe after his regime was overthrown from power by Taylor's forces.

Both Samwel Doe and charles Tylor were once bossom friends when they overthrew and killed former president William Tobert in 1980.

Charles Tylor is currently cooling his feat at the Hague having been jailed for 50 years after he was found guilty of crimes against humanity.

Dr Muluka reminds Ruto and Uhuru that there are many youths out there who are vicariously baying for each other's blood on their behalf.

He too Urges the Opposition led by ODM leader Raila Odinga to stop fanning fires of hatred between the two and instead assist in reconciling them.
