Deputy president, William Ruto has today revealed his number one priority in his quest to lead the nation.
While addressing the residents in Kisii county, the Deputy President revealed that he will prioritize youth agenda. He promised that under his leadership, he will ensure that there are measures put in place to ensure that every youth in the country is employed. He touched on the concern that many youths have graduated either from college or universities but are yet to test the fruits of their hardwork as they still remain unemployed.
Ruto went further to affirm on the need to address unemployment to youths than changes in the constitution that would just lead to creating jobs for politicians a move that was seen to directly hit those who were spearheading the Building Bridges Initiative.
The Deputy President is on campaign tour in Kisii county where he is expected to meet several grassroot leaders and small scale business owners.
