Hon Raila Amolo Odinga is a Kenyan politician who served as the Prime Minister of Kenya from 2008 to 2013. He was assumed as the Leader of Opposition in Kenya since 2013 but the New Constitution of Kenya does not prescribe for such a position.Since March 2018 handshake with the president, he's been working with the government. He was the Member of Parliament for Langata some couple of years back.

Due to the pandemic, the country and the entire world has been hit severely, both economically and health wise. It was thus the idea of Hon Raila Odinga that it would be better if the country borrowed more loans.
He's reason being that, the only way to save our dwindling economy and ameliorate ourselves thus alleviating tougher times ahead is by borrowing more loans.
