The Education CS George Magoha had earlier on warned against cases of cheating in the final examinations stating that strict measures and policies will be employed. As a result, reports have it that over 30 schools are being monitored on matters examination irregularities. Several students and even teachers have been arrested on the same.
That aside, two students from a private school in Busia have been arrested on claims of being in possession of English paper 3 and Chemistry paper 2 leakage. Reports have it that the school headboy who alerted the management found the two revising the leakage from their smartphones. The smartphones were immediately confisticated.
Also arrested with the two is a university student, Karoli who was also found in possession of the same material. Investigation reveals that the university student sourced the leakage from a headteacher in a private school in Busia. The three will be arrained in court to proof their innocence.
