The Nyali Member of Parliament Mohamed Ali has finalized an impeachment motion against the interior cabinet secretary Dr Fred Matiangi and there are about 92 Member's of Parliament who have signed the impeachment notice in support with all of them coming from the deputy President William Ruto's camp.
In his motion of impeachment, the Nyali Mp Mohamed Ali argued that the interior CS Fred Matiangi had gone against article 73 of the constitution on leadership and integrity.
He also accused Matiangi of abuse of office and the even brought up the Ruaraka land issues in the impeachment motion.
There were other accusations that were leveled against him by the Mp and while making this announcement he stated that the time for CS Fred Matiangi was up and the signatures were ready.
