Summer transfer window has presented an escape route for Alonso with Barcelona already eyeing up move for him.But according to Mundo Deportivo, Thomas Tuchel still needs Alonso in his squad and as such has asked for him to stay back. Marina is fully aware of Barcelona’s seriousness in the deal and knows they can try forcing out a deal.
Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has turned down Barcelona interest to secure Alonso who is also needed by Thomas Tuchel in his squad. Though Barcelona are serious in sealing the deal to start conversations over him, Chelsea under the director Marina have not completed any move to have a talk with La Liga giants.
Chelsea left back and winger have been of great impact on Tuchels performance this season with a good performance though he was featured irregularly in his squad. 30-year old will be retained in Chelsea even though Barcelona is looking after his support this summer. Tuchel is concerned to have him in his squad after regestering an extension of his contract with the club.
