David Murathe's Message To The People Of Mount Kenya On Constitutional changes

Jubilee vice chairman David Murathe is known to many by his braveness especially on matters of national interest. Currently he is more into the possible constitutional changes driven by president Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila Odinga. The region of intrest is always the central Kenya owing to its high population.

David Murathe has given a piece of advice to the allies of the deputy president William Ruto in Mount Kenya. This is concerning their stand on the constitutional changes. He has requested them to come out and declare to the public whether they are planning to support or reject it. Murathe adding that the report will pass whether they like it or not.

Responding to this Mathira member of parliament Hon Rigathi Gachagua has revealed that they are not going to lead the 'No' campaign. According to him they do not want to create the us vs them debate. Their intentions is to have a multiple choice referendum. They are currently planning to rally their political support to the report.

Siaya county is the first county in the country to pass this document. Other counties in the country are expected to follow suite. Only 24 counties are needed to pass it out of the 47 counties in the country.
