The Public Gathering unanimously supported Muthama for the PSC position on Thursday last week after the commission made accommodations for his assignment.

The UDA strongman has resigned as party administrator while still having a foot in the commission as he waits for Senate approval this week.
On Friday, Muthama stated that he hosts departed the event as he prepares to appear before the Senate board one week from today.

The party secretariat is being ignored by me right now, Muthama said, adding that the party's main office has been informed of her resignation.
This week, the Senate's Legitimate Undertakings and Common freedoms Board is anticipated to hold a conference to assess Muthama.
The council's report of approval will then include his name and be presented to the House for approval.
The committee's approved report, which is sent to the House for approval, will subsequently include his name.
