A report of the government checking on performance has ranked the ministry of Agriculture as the worst performing ministry of all the government ministries. This in all the government ministries and departments.
The best performing departments of government are statehouse, the Embu university as well Tharaka Nithi University and the Ministry of Treasury as well the office of the deputy president William Ruto. This raking leaves CS Peter Munya with an egg on his face for he has been campaigning instead of working.
The ranking puts CS Peter Munya in a tight corner for it's clear he has been at the forefront trying to be the Mt Kenya Kingpin. He has failed terribly in his duties as the CS according to the report which ranked Treasury as the best performing ministry.
This therefore is a calling call to CS Peter Munya to up his game rather than continue politicking at the expense of service delivery. It's wrong for the CS to continue with politics when he should be working across all corners of Kenya helping farmers.
The ranking is therefore in order for it's clear most CS's are not politicking as CS Munya. Munya has been all over Mt Kenya region fighting against William Ruto when he actually should not. It's a shame to his ministry being ranked as the poorest performer when actually Agriculture is the backbone of the country.
