Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Winr is a Ugandan singer, politician and business man. He was born on 12th February 1982. He was born in the hospital where his mother was working. He is the founder of National Unity Party of Uganda.

Bobi Wine has really come from far. Looking at his photos, one cannot easily recognize him. He grew up in Kamwokya slums in the northern parts of Kampala.

He attended Kitante Hill School where he attained his Uganda Certificate of Education in 1996. In 1998, he joined Kololo senior secondary school.

In 2003, he joined Makerere university where he studied music, dance and drama. This was where he met his wife Barbie Kyagulanyi and they wedded in 2011.

Robert studied law at the International University of East Africa. He is currently a father of four namely; Solomon, Shaloam, Sunshine and Shadrack.

He lost his father in 2015. He is a clear indication that nothing is forever and people can change their lives. Even though he came from a humble background, he has worked hard and transformed his life.
