"Bottom up economics in Western, for example, means accessing farmers to subsidized farm inputs along with guaranteed minimum returns for their cane & maize produce".
Hon. Boni Khalwale is very strong ally to Deputy President William Ruto and from what he is saying it is very clear that he is not yet planning to dump His Boss DP Ruto any time soon, but one thing he must know is that he should work with his people with good interest, so that he will not regret at the end of the day.
