Dr.Miguna Miguna, the controversial and combative NRM politician and lawyer now banished in Canada by the Kenya government after he took part in the illegal swearing in of Raila Odinga as the " people's president" after the 2017 general election has reacted harshly to the news of the former attorney-general Prof.Githu Muigai being hired by the IEBC,alongside other lawyers,to challenge the 5- bench ruling that nulified the BBI two weeks ago.
In his characteristic aggressiveness, Miguna Miguna called Githu Muigai "Jubilee's evil-laced tongue" implying that he is Jubilee party's evil mouthpiece.
The inclusion of the otherwise brilliant lawyer according to Miguna is like "intellectual incest" seeing that he is part and parcel of Jubilee party and by extension, the system.
Miguna further charges that Githu Muigai has come back to loot public coffers seeing that IEBC is a public institution. Here below is the Tweet:
Miguna's sensational message has also curiously revealed of the existence of "Mafia" in the legal fraternity in Kenya who rip off the taxpayer whenever they take part in high-profile cases involving public bodies.
