Francis Atwoli Reveals More Details About the Chain He Wears On his Chin. Francis has warned DP Ruto for abusing him that he wore chains on his neck. Speaking today Francis has told People that the chain he usually wears on his neck is not what DP Ruto is thinking.

Speaking without fear Francis has told DP Ruto to stop what he is doing in the name of politics or he will be punished by God.
In addition, he has requested people to avoid Deputy President because he is just lying to them. he has told the people to support Raila claiming that Raila will solve the problem Kenyans are being faced with. " let all of us support Raila and I assure you he is going to do wonders to you", he said.
