According to reliable sources, Gatundu Kikuyu residents of Nairobi City would protest in the public to urge Ruto's administration to comply with their request.
This has only recently come to light, not long after comedian Eric Omondi led another demonstration along Parliament Avenue in the capital.
The comedian led a group of ripped men without shirts who were protesting the outrageous cost of living in the country.
It's not yet apparent why the proprietors of small businesses plan to demonstrate. Also, it is not yet known if they will protest against the municipal or federal authorities.
