A 41-year-old teacher has been arrested and arraigned in court for allegedly sharing a video of her in act with a minor boy, in matrimonial bed during the night hours.
A minor boy surprised the court after confessing that her teacher dragged and force him to do a sinful act in matrimonial bed, where she record the video.
While narrating the incident in the court, a 15-year-old boy said he spent the night with the alleged teacher, after forcing him into her room for an act.
According to documents presented before the court by prosecution desk, Jane Njogu (not the real name) sneaked into the boys' room during the night hours, and took him to her bedroom, where he forced him to commit the sinful act.
Jane allegedly sent him explicit photos over WhatsApp, and he is said to have shown other kids videos of them having affairs with the minor boy, which prompted a police investigation.
The documents also indicate that before entering the bedroom, the alleged teacher got naked in her nightgown and forced the boy to have an affair with her without any protection.
The judge in his readings said teacher will be charged with promoting a sexual offense, and allegedly showing the minor sinful act at his tender age.
The judge also said the woman performed an indecent act with a child without protection and that is so risky to the life of the child.
