Recently, Kenya Power launched a service using the USSD code *977#. Both prepaid and postpaid clients can manage their bills with ease thanks to the service.
When necessary, one can now quickly restore the most recent three token messages using this platform.
This is especially useful when the token messaging system is running slowly or when a user accidently deletes a token message.
Customers can access the company's services in addition to using the USSD code by downloading the My Power app, which is available for both Android and iOS. The App allows tenants to sign up and submit their monthly meter readings.
Interestingly, users can also report outages, register for new energy connections, and check the IDs of anyone posing as a Kenya Power employee or contractor by using the USSD code *977#.
