The second in command deputy president Rigathi Gachagua has alleged the main reason why opposition party leader Raila Odinga lost the African Union job. Rigathi Gachagua claimed that Raila Odinga has shamed himself and even outside Kenya because his moves are known.

Rigathi Gachagua alleged that opposition party leader Raila Odinga lost AU job because of the demonstrations he has been conducting in several parts of Kenya. Rigathi Gachagua added that the demonstrations Raila Odinga has been holding in the name of not accepting the August general elections has made him lose his job and trust to other countries.

However, Raila Odinga cleared the air that he is the one who requested the AU to remove him from position because he has to focus on other things which are important. Despite Raila Odinga's remarks, many speculations have continued to emerge.
