Weston hotel is the hotel associated with deputy president William Ruto and it has been in existence for more than 10 years. In 2013 no one questioned the existence of it as President Kenyatta and Deputy William were on good terms and their bromance was blooming.
It was not until the fallout between President Kenyatta and his Deputy when questions start to arose as to whether the land at Which this hotel sits was legally or illegally obtained. But records show that the land was legally bought therefore it means the owner has all the right to possess this multimillion property.
Now, some quarters from the office of the president want to punish the deputy President by demolishing this five-star hotel. Politics have turned out to be full of hatred and bitterness. Without considering job losses that will be occasioned by demolishing it, excavators were soon today being verified to Weston hotel readying for the demolition process.
Why is Uhuru so bitter with his deputy? What did the deputy President do that cannot be resolved amicably without resorting to such punitive tactics? Share your thoughts. It
