The vocal Gatundu member of parliament hon Moses Kuria has wake up with a message seeking help in the Juja by-elections after he Allegedly claimed that there is power black out in the poling centres.
Kuria has called out for the interventions of PS Eng Joseph Njoroge and help sort out the issue in the most crucial excersise. "Power Blackout in most polling centres in Juja. PS Eng Joseph Njoroge kindly assist." Kuria wrote.
Kenyans have reacted this early morning message from the Gatundu member of parliament some citing that the people's Empowerment part's Candidate George Koimburi will trump despite these early challenges. Others called for peaceful elections.
Today the independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is conducting several by-elections, one being for Juja constituency and Bonchari Constituency which is a tough political battle which will shape the 2022 general elections.
Moses Kuria is competing with president Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party in Juja Constituency after fielding a Candidate using his own party. On the other hand in Bonchari Constituency, it's a show of might between the ruling Jubilee party, the Orange Democratic Party led by Raila Odinga and the William Ruto's allies party the United Democratic Alliances.
