
A police officer from West Pokot has shocked many after the incident he got himself in a bar where he had gone with his colleague and friend who is an assistant county commissioner.
According to Tuko news reports, the officer identifies as Isaac Oshome of Kongelai Police Post who was armed with an AK 47 rifle shot the lover of ACC Moses Ekisa after busting her with another man in a bar she worked in.

The reports claim that Miriam Nelimo who worked as a barmaid at the bar was in the company of a man which led to an escalated quarrel that made the officer shoot her.
"At this point PC Isaac Oshome shot the bar maid and occasioned her serious abdominal injury. The ammunition entered her body through the lower abdomen and exited through her left buttock.
She was rushed to Kacheliba Subcounty Hospital, where she was treated and referred to Kapenguria county hospital in a serious condition." A police report stated.
The two officers were taken into police custody as investigations begin.
