Joe Mucheru whose full name is Joseph Wakaba Mucheru is a Kenyan citizen who is currently a Cabinet Secretary.He has been serving in the important ICT docket from 2013 when Uhuru Kenyatta was first elected to the highest office on the land.
Mucheru was born in the year 1968 on the first of January,he is 53 years old making him the youngest CS in Kenya.He hails from Limuru Constituency in Kiambu County.Very key reforms have been witnessed in his ministry since he was appointed the minister and thanks to this many youth have secured employment as job opportunities have been created.
