Dr. Gakara's family was taken through hell despite the tragedy that has befallen them after the court gave them conditions before being given the body which is still at Nakuru Level 5 Hospital. According to the source, it is said that the Nakuru law courts stopped the post-mortem which was to be done yesterday. The court asked the family to seek an affidavit before the post-mortem is done on him.
The post-mortem could not take place since the court demanded certain legal documents. The family was asked to file somebody under next of kin before being given the permission. This is really giving them a very hard time, it was even worsened by how the body was booked at the hospital. This happens as it is said the police booked it in a way that has brought challenges.
At the time he was admitted to the hospital, the police incharge booked Dr. Gakara's Body as unknown person. This made family's expectations to finish postmortem and transfer of the body to PNN hospital yesterday a major challenge to them.
