Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua returned to his backyard in the Mt Kenya region where he attended a burial service. The Deputy President was accompanied by his close allies from the Mt Kenya region including nominated Senator Karen Nyamu.
While addressing the congregation of mourners, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua did not hesitate before slamming those who are opposed to his leadership and that of President William Ruto.
This time, Rigathi Gachagua took on the members of the fourth estate saying that they are the biggest opposers of the Kenya Kwanza administration. He slammed the media saying that they are still living in denial not believing that he was elected as the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya.
He also said that the media usually prays that he disagrees with President William Ruto something that will never happen. He further added that the media painted him in a bad picture before the August polls saying that he was a villager and unkempt.
He insisted that he will continue speaking the truth because he is a truthful man. He further slammed one of the local newspapers owned by Gideon Moi saying that it wrote wrong information about him. He insisted that no one will include the media will stop him from speaking the truth.
