Harambee stars new boy and US based midfielder links up with the team and this is what he said

Harambee stars players have continued to link up with the team in Nairobi as they look to sharpen their fitness ahead of the World Cup qualifiers match against Mali. The Kenyan foreign players will be expected in camp today late in the evening as well as tomorrow early in the morning. However, US based new boy Philip Mayaka has already checked in ahead of the imminent world cup qualifiers match.

During an interview with Mozzart sports kenya in a clip posted on their website, Mayaka says that he was happy to receive his first call up to the national team. The young midfielder is determined to repay the tactician for trusting him. For him, representing the country was his dream. Now that it has come to pass, his main target is to help the team qualify for the World Cup in Qatar. Will Mayaka become our next hero after Richard Odada who did well on his debut? Well, the question solely remains for him to answer.

We wish him all the best. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner.
