Jeremiah Kioni Accuses Anne Nderitu of Backdating Letters, Accuses Her of Misusing Her Office

Jubilee party secretary general Jeremiah Kioni and other Azimio luminaries have accused political parties registrar Anne Nderitu of misusing the power's in her office. The politicians are now accusing Ms Nderitu of dancing to the tune of the executive in handling of matter's of political parties. They are now accusing the registrar of flaring up the Jubilee party woes in recent day's. Jeremiah Kioni has faulted Nderitu for not informing the party in due time of her consent to the resolutions passed by EALA MP Kanini Kega on May 22. The resolutions had it that Kioni had been ousted as Secretary general.

Kioni and his team have also accused Nderitu of backdating letter's, an example of one is that which she was trying to use that is dated May 19th, and that when asked about it, she claimed to have delivered the letter by e-mail. Kioni says that the letter is dated May 19th, but the e-mail was sent on May 22 at 8:00 pm after the National Delegates Conference. Kioni says that he got the physical letter when he went to her office. That it is just one of the examples of how she has continued to misuse the office while at the same time executing duties other than those that were mandated to her.
