According to this publication, close to 500 villagers from A village called Kamwenga battling swelling of legs.
Reports indicated hat clinical officers from the region,have reported many cases of this disease which has caused the residents sleepless nights.
As the scientists and medics are working around the clock to determine the root cause of this disease and come up with possible cure,residents often make long ques at the regions health facilities with the hope of getting treated.
"Our life have changed ,We are suffering and left wondering of this calamity which has invaded our village,the disease can not allow me to continue with my day to day activities,said Mr James Kamusiime, a resident.
The residents who spoke to the media, highlighted their plights and requested Ugandan Government to work with speed and save them from this monster.
