The luxurious hotel where the retreat was being held is known as the Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club hotel which is being owned a successful billionaire and businessman by the name Humphrey Kariuki.
Through the meeting, Ruto and his new team of administrators have been evaluating their performance in their first 100 days in office since they replaced the former Jubilee administration.
The meeting was also aimed at harmonizing and bonding the CSs as they draft a way forward of running the country's affairs in the upcoming days.
Despite that fact, senator for Narok County Hon Ledama Olekina has blasted the Kenya Kwanza's cabinet retreat probably hinting that he does not see any value of the meeting or probably thinking it was just a waste of state's resources.
According to his tweet later last night Mr Olekina blasted the meeting saying that it should have been held at Githurai Round about.
