ODM Dewhips 11 Kisumu MCAs For Meeting Ruto's PS Without Raila's Permission

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has today dewhiped 11 Members of County Assembly (MCAs) in Kisumu County from various house committees, after met with President William Ruto's government Principal Secretary (PS) Raymond Omollo of Interior and National Cohesion docket without seeking permission from their party leader Raila Odinga.

According to the latest report by KTN News television today, Orange party has demoted all the 11 Members of County Assembly (MCAs) of Kisumu from their various committees. Where they have been representing the party in since their election in last year's general elections, after they met with Interior Principal Secretary Raymond Omollo without getting permission from their top party leadership.

The MCAs has lost their positions in the house for going against the party rules and regulations and position of not recognizing the government of President William Ruto, and they have been termed as traitors within the party who should bot hold any party position. However, the affected MCAs have complained about such harsh decision saying the party has not treated them fairly and has failed to listen to them.
