The Siaya Senator James Orengo attended an ID card registration drive at Usigu Health Center in Bondo constituency where he assured the Nyanza people who have always stood with Raila that this time round they have conquered the Mt. Kenya region. He also said that they will bring the members of parliament from the Mt. Kenya region to come and visit the Lake region.
"In order to confirm that My. Kenya support My. Odinga, we will bring Members of parliament and senators from Central Kenya to Nyanza to prove to people that they are finally behind him," he said. Mt. Kenya has always been known to vote as a block and this is why do many politicians are trying to conquer the region and get their votes.
Senator James Orengo also assured the people that things will be different in the next year's general elections and that Raila's votes won't be stollen. Together with the Bondo constituency member of parliament Gideon Ochanda, they urged people to register as voters because that is the only way they will make sure they get Mr. Odinga to presidency.
