Breaking: Uhuru Names New Heads Of State Corporations

The President of Kenya, H.E Uhuru Kenyatta has today made new appointments in State Corporations Heads.

In the new list, the president named Nick Salat as the chairperson of the Agricultural development board for the next three years.

Githui Muigai who was the former Attorney General was named as the non executive chairperson of the Council of Legal Education in Kenya.

Kathleen Openda and Andrew Musangi has been reappointed as the chairpersons of Kenya Institute of Mass Communication council and Public Procurement Regulatory Board respectively.

The full list of the appointees is as follows;

Dorothy Kimeu was appointed as the chairperson, Special Economic Zones board.

Dr Andrew Kiplagat, chairperson, Kerio Valley Development Authority Board.

Ben Oluoch Olunya as the chairperson for Export Processing Zones Authority.

James Mureu as the chairperson for Micro and Small Enterprises Authority.

Patrick Obath as the chairperson for Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation of Kenya.

Kioko Kilukumi as the chairperson for Energy and Petroleum Tribunal.

Dr Dinah Mwinzi as the chairperson for Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute board.

Joe Ager as the chairperson for National Mining Corporation board.

John G. Msafari as the chairperson for Kenya Fishing Industries Corporation board.

Prof Elishiba Njambi Kimani as the chairperson for Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development.

Eva Adega Oduor as the non-executive chairperson for Kenya Accreditation Service board.

Nick Nesbitt as the chairperson for Capital Markets Authority board.

Phillip Charo as the chairperson for Coast Development Authority.

Edwin Kinyua as the chairperson for board of directors of the East African Portland Cement Company Limited.

Prof Ben Sihanya as the chairperson for board of directors of the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis.

Peter Musei Ntoyian as the chairperson for board of directors of the Consolidated Bank Limited.
