While addressing the residents of Nairobi county, he called upon them to take a vote so that they will send DP Ruto to stay at home simply because he has been making fake promises and he has never fulfilled them. He revealed that DP Ruto declared that he will introduce laptops projects in school but now he has delivered wheelbarrows that will not help them and promised the residents that he will accomplish his promises.
