Mata, Lingard IN: Man Utd Expected Lineup For Tonight As Ole Reveals His Plan For Squad Rotation

For the second time in less than a week, Manchester United will go against London side West Ham at Old Trafford. The two teams will meet again tonight in the Carabao Cup fixture to determine who goes to the next round.

Manchester United got a late winner against West Ham in a dramatic Premier League match last weekend where they got a 2-1 win.

In his press conference, yesterday, Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that there were some plans to use a different squad from the one that was used last weekend. He also hinted that players like Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones, Alex Telles, and Nemanja Matic might feature in the game. However, Marcus Rashford, Edison Cavani, and Dean Henderson are still out due to injuries.

Manchester United summer signing Tom Heaton is expected to start in goal since Dean Henderson is out. Eric Bailey and Victor Lindelof are expected to start in the center-back positions while Alex Telles and Diego Dalot start in wing-back positions.

Nemanja Matic, Donny Van De Beek, and Juan Mata might start in the midfield while Jesse Lingard, Antony Martial, and Jadon Sancho lead the attack.
