Kiambaa: Latest Results From IEBC In Kiambaa By Elections

Today, voters in the Kiambaa Constituency and Muguga County Assembly Ward (CAW) went to the polls to elect new MPs.

IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati and Returning Officer Peter Muigai witnessed the electoral process at Karuri High School Polling Centre during the voting process and were satisfied.

All polling booths in the two election regions are currently being counted. When the ballots are counted, the polling officer will write out form 35A for Members of the National Assembly, 36A for Members of the County Assembly, and a statement of rejected ballots if necessary.

Valid or invalid votes are categorized. A legitimate vote is one that has been cast correctly in a candidate's favor.

In Kiambaa constituency, United Democratic Alliance Candidate John Njuguna and Jubilee Counterpart Karri Njama are locked in a tight race. Dennis Itumbi, a spokesman for Hustler Nation, has claimed that Hustler Nation has won the ballot, causing Tanga Tanga camp to celebrate.

The loss, according to political analysts and pundits, might shift President Kenyatta's influence and kingpin status in the Mount Kenya region.
