Ruto stated that the increasing number of dead people who were being found dumped in different parts of the country was one of the main reasons why he decided to fire Kinoti adding that he didn't want his government to be run, in that manner.

I don't think that the police should be used in doing anything else rather than protecting their citizens. In the previous government, people were being killed all over the country. 3O bodies were found in R. Yala, 17 in Garissa, and whatnot. There was a container where people were being tortured and killed here in Nairobi. ~President William Ruto.
