After dissolving his CCM party , Bomet county first governor Isaac Ruto seems to be getting closer to power. He today spent quality time with transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen in his office.
In a Facebook post, Isaac Ruto said they discussed development matters with the CS.
"With Roads, Transport and Public Works CS Kipchumba Murkomen at his office in Nairobi.Glad to have shared thoughts on a raft of development issues ," wrote Ruto.
The meeting with Murkomen comes just days after he met the president William Ruto at Statehouse. The state house meeting was said to be a follow up after CCM was dissolved.
He is rumored to be getting a position in government.
The former council of governors chair and the president were once buddies who later turned to fierce rivals in fight over kingpin's of Rift valley region. If Ruto gives Isaac a position then it will be a prove that indeed they have finished their differences.
