There have been romours going round of the formation of RARUA( Raila Ruto Alliance). If it were to happen Ruto will stand to loose the support he has from the Mt Kenya region. Selling Raila in central Kenya is likened to selling pork in a Muslim inhabited community.
Mt Kenya region people do not support Ruto since they love him soo much they do it mostly to spite Uhuru. The opposition for Uhuru in the central region started when he formed the handshake with former prime minister.
Anybody associated with Raila Odinga is seen as an enemy in the Mt Kenya region. Since the 2007 elections the Nyanza people and central people do not see eye to eye politically. The support Ruto currently from central Kenya and from Rift valley would help him win an election comfortably. He should not ruin that by going into an alliance with Raila.
