ANC MCAs Women's Caucus Elect Their Officials As They Move To Strengthen Their Party

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi's Amani National Congress, has been doing everything possible to ensure that they remain strong.

There have been push to by former Kakamega county senator Cleophas Malala who is the United Democratic Alliance party Secretary-general for the Kenya Kwanza Constituent parties to fold and join the ruling party

However, the ANC party has already declared that they are not folding and has embarked on strengthening it. The lastest bid to popularise the party is the unveling of the party's MCAs Women Caucus. The leaders met on Tuesday and unveiled their leaders who will represent them.

The party took to their official social media pages to update followers and Kenyans as well.

"The ANC MCAs Women's Caucus, drawn from all regions, converged today in Nairobi to discuss issues related to the well-being of the party." Amani National Congress party posted on Twitter handle.

"Among the issues discussed were how to revamp the women's league, party membership recruitment, and outreach programs" the party added.

The meeting led to the election of the caucus representatives as follows: Ruth Ombayo elected Chairperson. Hon. Eunice Wagaki from Nyeri elected as the Treasurer, and Hon. Sidi from Kwale county elected as Secretary.
