To ensure that all Kenyans live in peace and that instances of insecurity are further diminished, the national government is making a lot of effort. Millions of shillings have been spent by the government to dispatch KDF troops and police officers to the Rift Valley, where there have been reports of insecurity. The KDF soldiers and other security personnel who are currently in the area are expected to capture the bandits.
According to the source, new details have just emerged about what is currently happening in Baringo County. As per the latest updates shared by a well-known source this hour, KDF soldiers and other police officers are currently attacking and following bandits in the region. It has been revealed that security agencies are using different weapons, including helicopters, armored personnel carriers, AK-47 guns, G3 rifles, and general-purpose machine guns. Further, the government has used millions of shillings to deploy troops in the region to chase and disarm the suspects.
Further, as per the video shared by TV 47, KDF soldiers are seen attacking the bandits. Follow this link below and watch the full video from the source; https://www.facebook.com/960549524105124/posts/pfbid0qdU9hrAqPutqPBuHXtws48HSA1WUS8rBELpbngxysevUFd3RWwVnP7r6NUtKensJl/?app=fbl
This just came in after CS Kindiki confirmed that this week he will carry out operations in the affected regions and flush the bandits who have been terrorizing the residents.
Since morning, it is not clear how many bandits have been arrested or killed during the attacks.
Bandits have been accused of killing innocent people and later escaping with animals. Further, some families have been displaced by the criminals. Let us hope that the government will disarm the suspects.
