Family Looses Ksh. 378,000 In Fake KDF Recruitment Job

Police have captured a man who is asserted to have duped a regular citizen of Kshs 378,000 camouflaging himself as a KDF official.

James Juma, who was captured on Monday, tricked a regular citizen that he would get his child a job in the military and later gave him a phony KDF calling out to letter bearing the son.

In an assertion, KDF kept up with that there is as of now no enlistment practice expressing that the countrywide enrollment was authoritatively shut on November 26, 2021.

"We further caution that anyone who presents a phony calling letter at the preparation establishments will be captured. Official calling letters were given at the enrollment habitats by the Senior Recruiting Officer," read the assertion.

Juma is presently in police care as examinations concerning the case proceeds.

Police have cautioned members of public to be more vigilant over such irregularities. Those found will be dealt according to the law
