The security of a country is important to ensure that the economy keeps afloat to sustain its citizen. The ongoing terror attacks In Lamu seems to be graduating to other parts of the country where national security is at stake. The president of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta held a high security profile meeting today where top security organs officials attended.
Kenya has been warned of possible attacks in Nairobi by four countries and it was necessary to deploy a high security detail in hot spot areas. The president together with security officials held a private meeting whose details were not disclosed but they promised that the effect was going to be felt soon.
High crime unit officers are now patrolling the hotspots as Kenyans are warned to keep off entertainment joints and large gatherings. The government has called upon Kenyans to ensure that they report any suspicious individuals during this period.
